Biography
Pavel Rabtsevich is the Editor in-Chief of Belarussian IT company. Pavel joined the blockchain industry in 2018, as a financial analyst and head of marketing department of a prominent startup. Pavel studied in Scotland and was involved in a number of local cryptocurrency projects, which were later released and also raised the first nodes of the ATOM project. He was actively involved in the development of whitepapers, technical documentation and implementation of marketing strategies in a number of startups. Pavel joined the Guarda team in 2019 as a remote analyst, and since then he has been writing analytical articles on all kinds of aspects related to the cryptocurrency industry.
