Why can't I see my old XMR transactions?

Monero blockchain provides increased privacy – due to this, Monero workflow differs from transparent networks, such as Bitcoin.

When you import a wallet with transactions that occurred over 10 000 blocks before the import time, use the Update all blocks button to retrieve the correct tx history and balance value.

After blockchain sync has finished you will see the correct balance in the interface. In case your balance is still incorrect, please contact our support team by clicking the link below.
